Privacy Policy
Q: Overview
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using information responsibly. Any information submitted to us is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. It will not be shared or sold to any other companies. We may gather usage and traffic information to help analyze our company's sales and statistics patterns. This information is not personally identifiable.
Shipping Policy
Q: Turnaround Time
In stock items will ship within 1-2 businss days. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. If an item is out of stock, our customer service representatives will contact you with an estimated ship date and monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.
Q: Transit Times
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped ground and normally delivered within 3-4 business days. Please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the parcel carriers. If you need expedited shipping, contact our customer service representatives before purchasing for a shipping cost.
Q: International Shipping
Sparktec Motorsports ships packages all over the globe. If you would like to see an estimated cost of shipping an item(s) internationally, contact our customer service representatives. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Sparktec Motorsports. By law, Sparktec Motorsports is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, Sparktec Motorsports reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. Q: Damaged / Lost Shipment
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Sparktec Motorsports is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
Q: Billing / Shipping Addresses
If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification please feel free to contact our customer service department.
Terms & Conditions
Q: Typographical Errors
- In the event of an incorrect price listed on Sparktec Motorsports due to typographical error, Sparktec Motorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
- Sparktec Motorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Q: Images
Some of the images shown on this site may not be the image for your specific vehicle. They are used for reference purposes only. Products cannot be returned because of image not matching.
Q: Department of Transportation Laws
- All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road use only.
- These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used in city streets or public highways.
- Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways.
- Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle.
- User and/or buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts.
- It is the user and/or buyer's responsibility to know their local city and state laws.
Q: Copyright
- Use of these images by you or other third parties for purposes other than placing an order with Sparktec Motorsports, or using this site as a shopping resource is strictly prohibited and may violate the copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy laws and other laws and regulations.
- Nothing contained on this site may be construed as granting any license or right to use any of our trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.
Q: Cancelling An Order
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order by e-mailing us at info@sparktecmotorsports.com. Please include the order number with your email.
Return Policy
Q: Sparktec Motorsports Guarantee - 30 Days, 100% Satisfaction
Sparktec Motorsports Guarantee offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. All items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and must include all the original parts and contents for a refund. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been used, modified, damaged, misused or abused. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. For more information regarding our freight refund policy, please refer to the Product Refunds section below.
Q: Refused / Undeliverable Orders
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Sparktec Motorsports reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
Q: Product Warranties
Sparktec Motorsports does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty. If you suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments. If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.
Q: Product Refunds
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. Sparktec Motorsports does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.
