Add some cooling power to your 1999-2003 Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit. This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow substantially lower air charge temperatures reduce EGTs and support your truck at any power level. The first key component is the Mishimoto intercooler piping. The pipes are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum with the options of polished or wrinkle-black powder-coated finishes. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to regular silicone DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat pressure fuel and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler featuring a significant increase in core volume extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks and a robust bar-and-plate core all designed to provide cool dense air to your engine. The application-specific DuraCore bootkit design allows for the installation of our performance bar-and-plate intercooler typically reserved for the 6.0L Powerstroke. The larger and more robust design is ideal for high-horsepower applications with boost levels pushing well over the stock limits and for use in the harshest conditions. Our kit also includes all necessary hardware for a secure installation of the intercooler to round out the conversion. Our intercooler design reduces pressure drop while cooling charged air resulting in overall increased engine efficiency. All the components in this kit are engineered to last just like your truck.
