Lucas Oil Gun Metal Polish & Tumbler Media Additive is a 16-ounce metal polish formulated to clean and polish factory firearm finishes including blued, nickel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. Its mildly abrasive, non-corrosive formula contains no strong acids or ammonia and is intended to remove stains and rust while helping protect treated metal from oxidation and tarnishing.

It can also be used with walnut shell or corn cob tumbling media to clean brass and nickel cases by removing oxidation, powder residue, fingerprints, and other contaminants. Lucas Oil states that use with tumbling media can reduce cleaning time by up to half versus plain media alone; it is not for use on cold bluing.
